A fix for large batches in watched folders
When more than 50 files land in a watched folder at once, Aktar holds them and asks whether to upload them. Aktar 0.11.1 fixes what happened when those files were deleted before you answered. If you're on 0.3.0 or later, Aktar offers it automatically.

Fixed
- Deleting the files of a large batch that was waiting for Upload or Skip now withdraws the question. Before, the question stayed until Aktar restarted, and the folder held every new file back behind it instead of uploading it.
- Upload and Skip leave out files that were deleted in the meantime.
