Default destination fix
A small update with one fix people ran into right after 0.4.0. If you're on 0.3.0 or later, Aktar offers it automatically.

- Changing the default destination no longer sends the Library's bucket browser back to the top of the bucket.
- What's New in Settings → About opens this changelog, in your language.
Fixed
- Set as Default in Settings → Destinations now shows the new default right away. Uploads already went to the right place, but Settings kept showing the old default. Settings saved with this mismatch are repaired on launch.
